Culinary Pleasures

As you feast your eyes on incredible art, don’t forget about your taste buds. Treat yourself to a savory snack and refreshing beverage at one of our many delicious establishments!

The list of food vendors for the Fall 2008 show is still being assembled. If you're interested in becoming one of our vendors, apply here.

Art Aroma - No, it’s not where you go to smell the art, but it is where early each morning you can smell the HAZELNUT COFFEE! By lunchtime the aroma of the grill takes over, and the ROASTED CORN, ROASTED SPUDS, CHICKEN QUESADILLAS, & signature CHICKEN/VEGETABLE K-BOBS will tempt the palate. Located in the beautiful Cottonwood Courtyard, it should not be missed!

Courtyard – BEER, WINE & Frozen MARGARITAS are offered in the Festival Courtyard. While the adults enjoy their gratification, children may choose their beverage from Art Aroma. And since the Stage is also located in the Courtyard, you can experience the live music and take in an amazing view of Cottonwood Lake.

Conway’s Corndogs – Dipped in the batter and then dipped in the fryer, Freshest and Bestest! Add a fresh squeezed Lemonade and a just-poured Funnel Cake, and you have a complete festival meal.

Hillbilly KettleKorn – Yep, on site in a real kettle. Better than a popcorn ball and a whole lot easier to eat!

Mario’s Cuisine - Watch the magic on Mario’s grill as all his marinated ingredients; Vegetables, Lamb & Chicken, produce irresistible Gyros & Sandwiches.

Murphy’s Roasted Nuts – Located at the main gate, coming or going the smell is going to get you. They are either the first aroma your nose smells, or your last opportunity to take home a Cottonwood treat.

Sonny Bryans – Every Texas festival serves great Bar B-Q, and Cottonwood has featured the award-winning quality of Sonny Bryans for several years. You can even watch ‘em chop it!

Texas Pretzel Co. - You will find Chris and his friendly gang twisting the day away with their soft dough. If you can’t decide between the Pretzel varieties, then select a Fresh Fruit Cup.

Texas Sourdough Café - The Mama in this family loves to cook, and she does it all day long. The dough is the staple for her Indian Tacos & Elephant Ears, and what she does with a drill bit to those taters is yuuummy!

Texas Twist - Regulars to Cottonwood know the black grill on the festival’s main road will have warm Mozzarella and Cinnamon Pretzels. And if you need a cooler refresher, Texas Twist also offers frozen Minute Maid treats.
